I look forward to learning about living healthy and exercising from so many people in the health field who are trainers and coaches. It has been a while since I was involved in sports, or went to a gym, but in younger years before having children I played a lot of sports. Usually my exercise is going for walks, and I do a lot of running around but heard that does not count. Throughout the day I am up and down stairs a lot, and when I have worn the step counter, I average at least 9000 steps per day. I do enjoy Reiki when I can get it, and also spiritual quotes, and having my cards read. I like watching The Long Island Medium and believe that people who have passed are with us in spirit.

The Journey on Relaxation was soothing to listen to the voice and music, and even though my arms were not hard to life, my body did feel more relaxed.
