My physical well being I will give a 7, since I am 49, have had two kids who wear me out, as well as working and going to school. I do try to walk when I can, but should work out more, and watch what I eat. Once good thing is that I work outside, and with plants. It feels good to get exercise, fresh air, and work with nature.
My spiritual well being I will give an 8 since I like do get Reiki, have my cards read, and feel that people who have passed communicate with me. Also, I like to be reminded with the quotes as far as treating people good, helping those less fortunate, kindness, and helping the world be a better place.
My psychological well being will get a 6 since this world is hard to live in as far as getting a good job, paying bills, and dealing with crazy people and things going on.

I would like to start doing yoga and meditation to improve my physical well being. I should find more quiet time for my spiritual well being, as try to improve some relationships with family and friends. To improve my psychological well being I could pray more, and be more thankful or grateful for everything in my life.

During the relaxation exercise, I did feel relaxed and kept yawning. I already have been falling asleep on the couch every night, especially when I am trying to get my schoolwork done, because I have been working so much lately. This was beneficial because it helps me remember to breath, and be quiet and relax and think about people and myself.
